Minimum lot charges are the minimum dollar amount Kenlen will accept for a total purchase order based on coating required. Any purchase order issued to Kenlen Specialties for one of the processes listed below must meet at least that dollar amount for the total Purchase Order. Powder Coating

$220.00

Any powder coat application. This charge applies for any color in our stock. Additional charges may apply for material not in stock or specialty coatings such as metallics, etc.

Liquid Coatings

$165.00

Any combination of liquid coatings in our stock. Primer, top coat paint or clear are all covered under this lot charge. Additional charges may apply for materials not in stock or specialty primer or paints.

Liquid Top Coats

All types of primer coats. Mil-spec, Aerospace, industrial wash primer, etc. We stock the appropriate mil spec primers that pair with our mil-spec top coats that we stock. So that we always have the full coating system in stock.

We stock a wide variety of primers to match many requirements for almost every industry

Liquid Top Coats

Liquid top coats of all types. Mil-spec to match with the appropriate primers also in stock, Aerospace paints like Mankiewicz, Akzo Nobel and quite a few others.

We also provide color matching service to allow us to blend our own colors in polyurethane for any specific project.
